No. Open any game and play immediately. Your personal bests are saved in your browser, and you only pick a nickname and country if you want to post a score to the leaderboard.

Yes. Every game is designed for touch screens first and also supports keyboard play on desktop. The site is lightweight so it loads quickly on slow connections.
